figurinesgorbions.it è un progetto personale, nato dalla passione per gli Sgorbions. Non è un'azienda, non vende niente e non campa di pubblicità.
L'approccio ai tuoi dati è di conseguenza semplice: raccogliamo solo quello che serve perché il sito funzioni, non lo diamo a nessuno, e puoi cancellarlo quando vuoi — da solo, con un pulsante, senza scriverci.
Il resto di questa pagina lo dice in modo più preciso, come chiede la legge. Ma la sostanza è questa.
Titolare del trattamento
figurinesgorbions.it è un progetto gestito da un singolo titolare. Per qualsiasi domanda su questa informativa o sui tuoi dati, puoi scrivere a postmaster@figurinesgorbions.it, oppure usare la pagina Contatti.
Quali dati raccogliamo
Raccogliamo solo i dati strettamente necessari a far funzionare il sito:
- Account: nickname, indirizzo e-mail, password (gestita da Firebase Authentication — non la vediamo né la conserviamo noi in chiaro)
- Profilo facoltativo: avatar, nazionalità
- La tua lista: quali figurine/oggetti hai aggiunto alla tua lista ("Mia lista") e la tua lista "Ciò che cerco". Dati privati, visibili solo a te e all'amministratore
- Profilo pubblico: nickname, avatar, nazionalità e punteggio aggregato, visibili nella Classifica — mai l'e-mail. Puoi in qualsiasi momento scegliere di apparire in forma anonima nella Classifica, dal tuo profilo
- Conferma età: una dichiarazione booleana ("ho almeno 16 anni") con la data, richiesta dalla legge per l'iscrizione dei minori
- Scelta sulla newsletter: se hai detto sì o no, insieme alla data e al punto in cui l'hai espressa (la registrazione, la domanda che ti compare al primo accesso, il tuo profilo, o il link in fondo a una e-mail newsletter). Conserviamo data e origine perché la legge non ci chiede soltanto di avere il tuo consenso, ma di poterlo dimostrare — a te per primo, se un giorno ci chiedessi conto di come l'abbiamo ottenuto
- Lingua: la lingua in cui stai usando il sito, per poterti scrivere nella tua
- Blog: i post e i commenti che scrivi, pubblici e visibili a tutti
- Messaggi di contatto: e-mail, oggetto e messaggio, se usi il form Contatti
Cosa non raccogliamo: nome e cognome reali, età, sesso, la tua posizione geografica.
Cosa non facciamo
Elencare quello che non facciamo è più utile di qualunque rassicurazione. Ognuna di queste righe è verificabile aprendo il codice del sito.
- Non vendiamo i tuoi dati. A nessuno, per nessuna cifra.
- Non facciamo pubblicità. Non c'è un banner in tutto il sito, e non ci sarà.
- Non ti tracciamo. Niente Google Analytics, niente pixel di Facebook, nessuno strumento di statistica. Non sappiamo quante volte torni, da dove arrivi, quanto ti fermi o cosa guardi.
- Non profiliamo la tua lista. Sappiamo quali figurine ci hai messo dentro, ma non cosa significhi per te: se sia ciò che possiedi, ciò che ti piace o ciò che cerchi, lo sai soltanto tu — e non te lo chiediamo. Ci serve per mostrartela e per calcolare il punteggio della Classifica. Non la analizziamo per dedurre altro su di te.
- Non ti scriviamo se non ce l'hai chiesto. La newsletter parte solo con il tuo consenso. Il resto sono risposte a cose che hai fatto tu.
- Non chiediamo dati che non ci servono. Il tuo nome vero non lo sappiamo, e non ci interessa.
- Non facciamo scaricare al tuo browser roba di terzi. I caratteri tipografici, le bandierine, le librerie: stanno tutti sul nostro sito. Le uniche eccezioni sono l'infrastruttura su cui il sito è costruito — Google (Firebase), Cloudinary e GitHub — spiegate più avanti.
Perché li raccogliamo
Per farti usare le funzionalità del sito che richiedono un account (la tua lista, la classifica, "Ciò che cerco", il blog), per rispondere alle tue richieste tramite il form Contatti, e per rispettare l'obbligo di legge sull'età minima per l'iscrizione.
Con chi condividiamo i dati
Non vendiamo né condividiamo i tuoi dati con terzi per scopi commerciali. Ci appoggiamo a questi fornitori di servizio (che trattano i dati per nostro conto, in qualità di responsabili del trattamento):
- Google Firebase — autenticazione e database (dove sono conservati account, liste, "Ciò che cerco", post)
- Cloudinary — hosting delle immagini (avatar, foto delle figurine)
- EmailJS, con invio tramite Aruba — per le e-mail che ti inviamo (benvenuto, newsletter, notifiche)
- GitHub Pages — ospita il sito. Come qualunque fornitore di hosting, riceve l'indirizzo IP di chi apre le pagine: è una conseguenza tecnica inevitabile del fatto stesso di visitare un sito
Alcuni di questi servizi hanno sede negli Stati Uniti: il trasferimento dei dati è regolato dalle clausole contrattuali standard previste da questi fornitori.
Cosa carica il tuo browser
Quando apri una pagina, il tuo browser scarica dei file. Ogni file preso da un server altrui fa arrivare a quel server il tuo indirizzo IP, anche se non hai cliccato nulla. Per questo ospitiamo noi tutto ciò che possiamo: i caratteri tipografici, le bandierine, la libreria per le e-mail e quella per i fogli di calcolo stanno sul nostro sito, non su reti di distribuzione di terzi.
Restano tre eccezioni, e sono inevitabili:
- Google — il codice di Firebase, e il database stesso. Toglierlo non toglierebbe Google dal quadro: il tuo account e la tua lista sono su Firebase, e il sito ci parla a ogni operazione
- Cloudinary — le immagini (il logo, le foto delle figurine)
- GitHub — le pagine del sito
Nessuno dei tre è un servizio pubblicitario o di tracciamento: sono l'infrastruttura su cui il sito è costruito.
Cookie
Il sito non usa cookie di tracciamento, e non usa alcun servizio di statistiche o di analisi del comportamento: niente Google Analytics, niente pixel di Facebook, niente. Usa esclusivamente la memoria locale del browser (localStorage) per ricordare la tua sessione e le tue preferenze — un dato tecnico che resta sul tuo dispositivo e non viene inviato a nessuno.
Newsletter
La newsletter è facoltativa e viene inviata solo a chi ha dato un consenso esplicito a riceverla. Chi non ha espressamente indicato di volerla ricevere non la riceve.
Alla registrazione viene chiesto di scegliere se riceverla o meno, e rispondere è obbligatorio. Rispondere "non acconsento" equivale a un No.
Il consenso alla ricezione può essere revocato in qualsiasi momento dal profilo utente, nel box "Preferenze e-mail". In calce a ogni e-mail newsletter è presente un link che porta direttamente a una pagina di disiscrizione. La revoca è immediata e non richiede di scriverci.
Le e-mail che ti inviamo
Dal sito partono verso di te due tipi di e-mail, e si fondano su basi giuridiche diverse:
- E-mail di servizio — il messaggio di benvenuto alla registrazione, la notifica quando qualcuno risponde a un tuo post sul blog, la risposta a un messaggio che ci hai scritto tu, e il link per reimpostare la password se lo richiedi.
Base giuridica: l'esecuzione del servizio che hai chiesto iscrivendoti (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Non richiedono consenso e non sono disattivabili finché il tuo account è attivo — senza, il servizio non funzionerebbe: non potremmo nemmeno risponderti se ci scrivessi.
- Newsletter — le novità dell'Inventario Sgorbions.
Base giuridica: il tuo consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocabile in qualsiasi momento come descritto qui sopra.
Sono cose diverse: revocare il consenso alla newsletter non ferma le e-mail di servizio, e non deve farlo.
Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati
Finché il tuo account resta attivo. Puoi cancellarlo in autonomia in qualsiasi momento dal tuo profilo ("Elimina il mio account"): l'operazione è immediata e cancella account, lista, "Ciò che cerco" e profilo pubblico. Gli eventuali post/commenti scritti sul blog restano visibili per continuità del contenuto condiviso, ma il tuo nome viene sostituito con "Utente eliminato".
Segnalazioni sulle figurine. Quando ci segnali un errore nell'Inventario, conserviamo la segnalazione — con il tuo nome utente e il tuo commento — per 6 mesi, il tempo di verificarla e correggere il catalogo. Poi viene cancellata. Sparisce comunque prima, se elimini il tuo account.
Registro di sicurezza. Teniamo un registro tecnico degli accessi, delle registrazioni, delle richieste di reimpostazione password e delle cancellazioni di account. Serve a controllare che nessuno stia facendo cose strane con gli account altrui, ed è l'unica cosa che sopravvive alla cancellazione dell'account — perché sapere che un account è stato eliminato, e quando, è proprio il motivo per cui il registro esiste. Non sopravvive però al tempo: le righe più vecchie di 6 mesi vengono cancellate.
Quando elimini l'account, sparisce tutto. Non solo il profilo e la lista: anche i messaggi che ci hai scritto dai Contatti, le segnalazioni sulle figurine e il registro delle e-mail che ti abbiamo inviato — testo compreso. L'unica cosa che resta sono i tuoi post e commenti sul blog, per non lasciare buchi nelle conversazioni altrui: ma il tuo nome viene sostituito con "Utente eliminato".
I tuoi diritti
In qualsiasi momento puoi chiederci di:
- Accedere ai dati che abbiamo su di te
- Correggerli, se sono sbagliati o incompleti
- Cancellarli (puoi farlo anche da solo, vedi sopra)
- Riceverli in un formato trasferibile ad altro servizio
- Opporti al trattamento, in certi casi
Per esercitare questi diritti, scrivi a postmaster@figurinesgorbions.it. Puoi anche presentare un reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Minori
L'iscrizione al sito richiede di dichiarare di avere almeno 16 anni.
Modifiche a questa informativa
Potremmo aggiornare questa pagina nel tempo, ad esempio se cambiano i servizi che usiamo. La data in cima alla pagina indica l'ultimo aggiornamento.

figurinesgorbions.it is a personal project, born out of a passion for Sgorbions stickers. It is not a company, it sells nothing, and it does not live off advertising.
Our approach to your data follows from that, and it is simple: we collect only what the site needs to work, we give it to no one, and you can delete it whenever you like — yourself, with a button, without writing to us.
The rest of this page says it more precisely, as the law requires. But this is the substance of it.
Data controller
figurinesgorbions.it is a project run by a single data controller. For any question about this policy or your data, you can write to postmaster@figurinesgorbions.it, or use the Contact page.
What data we collect
We only collect the data strictly necessary to run the site:
- Account: nickname, e-mail address, password (managed by Firebase Authentication — we never see or store it in plain text)
- Optional profile: avatar, nationality
- Your list: which stickers/items you've added to your list ("My list") and your "What I'm looking for" list. Private data, visible only to you and the administrator
- Public profile: nickname, avatar, nationality and aggregate score, visible in the Ranking — never your e-mail. You can choose to appear anonymously in the Ranking at any time, from your profile
- Age confirmation: a boolean statement ("I am at least 16 years old") with the date, required by law for minors' registration
- Newsletter choice: whether you said yes or no, together with the date and the point where you expressed it (registration, the question shown on your first sign-in, your profile, or the link at the bottom of a newsletter e-mail). We keep the date and origin because the law does not merely require us to have your consent, but to be able to demonstrate it — to you first of all, should you ever ask us how we obtained it
- Language: the language you are using the site in, so we can write to you in yours
- Blog: the posts and comments you write, public and visible to everyone
- Contact messages: e-mail, subject and message, if you use the Contact form
What we don't collect: your real first/last name, age, gender, your geographic location.
What we don't do
Listing what we do not do is more useful than any reassurance. Every line below can be checked by opening the site's source code.
- We don't sell your data. To no one, for no amount.
- We don't run advertising. There is not a single banner on the site, and there won't be.
- We don't track you. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no analytics tool of any kind. We do not know how often you come back, where you came from, how long you stay or what you look at.
- We don't profile your list. We know which stickers you have put in it, but not what it means to you: whether it is what you own, what you like or what you are after is yours alone — and we do not ask. We use it to show the list back to you and to compute your Ranking score. We do not analyse it to infer anything else about you.
- We don't write to you unless you asked. The newsletter is sent only with your consent. Everything else is a reply to something you did.
- We don't ask for data we don't need. We do not know your real name, and we are not interested in it.
- We don't make your browser download third-party stuff. The fonts, the flags, the libraries: they all live on our own site. The only exceptions are the infrastructure the site is built on — Google (Firebase), Cloudinary and GitHub — explained further down.
Why we collect it
To let you use the site's account features (your list, the ranking, "What I'm looking for", the blog), to respond to your requests via the Contact form, and to comply with the legal requirement on the minimum age for registration.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We rely on these service providers (who process data on our behalf, as data processors):
- Google Firebase — authentication and database (where accounts, lists, "What I'm looking for" lists, posts are stored)
- Cloudinary — image hosting (avatars, sticker photos)
- EmailJS, sending via Aruba — for the e-mails we send you (welcome, newsletter, notifications)
- GitHub Pages — hosts the site. Like any hosting provider, it receives the IP address of whoever opens the pages: an unavoidable technical consequence of visiting a website at all
Some of these services are based in the United States: data transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses provided by these vendors.
What your browser loads
When you open a page, your browser downloads files. Every file fetched from someone else's server hands that server your IP address, even if you clicked nothing. That is why we host ourselves everything we can: the fonts, the flags, the e-mail library and the spreadsheet library live on our own site, not on third-party content delivery networks.
Three exceptions remain, and they are unavoidable:
- Google — the Firebase code, and the database itself. Removing it would not remove Google from the picture: your account and your list are on Firebase, and the site talks to it on every operation
- Cloudinary — the images (the logo, the sticker photos)
- GitHub — the site's pages
None of the three is an advertising or tracking service: they are the infrastructure the site is built on.
Cookies
The site does not use tracking cookies, and uses no analytics or behaviour-tracking service whatsoever: no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, nothing. It only uses the browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember your session and preferences — a technical piece of data that stays on your device and is sent to no one.
Newsletter
The newsletter is optional and is sent only to those who gave explicit consent to receive it. Anyone who has not expressly said they want it does not receive it.
At registration you are asked to choose whether to receive it, and answering is mandatory. Answering "I do not consent" counts as a No.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time from your user profile, in the "E-mail preferences" box. At the bottom of every newsletter e-mail there is a link leading straight to an unsubscribe page. Withdrawal is immediate and does not require writing to us.
The e-mails we send you
The site sends you two kinds of e-mail, resting on different legal bases:
- Service e-mails — the welcome message on registration, the notification when someone replies to your blog post, the reply to a message you sent us, and the password reset link if you request it.
Legal basis: performance of the service you asked for by signing up (GDPR art. 6.1.b). They require no consent and cannot be switched off while your account is active — without them the service would not work: we could not even reply to you if you wrote to us.
- Newsletter — news about the Sgorbions Inventory.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time as described above.
They are different things: withdrawing consent to the newsletter does not stop service e-mails, and it should not.
How long we keep data
For as long as your account stays active. You can delete it yourself at any time from your profile ("Delete my account"): the operation is immediate and deletes your account, list, "What I'm looking for" list and public profile. Any posts/comments written on the blog remain visible for the continuity of shared content, but your name is replaced with "Deleted user".
Sticker reports. When you report a mistake in the Inventory, we keep the report — with your username and your comment — for 6 months, long enough to check it and fix the catalogue. Then it is deleted. It goes sooner anyway if you delete your account.
Security log. We keep a technical log of sign-ins, registrations, password reset requests and account deletions. It exists to check that nobody is doing anything strange with other people's accounts, and it is the one thing that survives account deletion — because knowing that an account was deleted, and when, is precisely why the log exists. It does not survive time, though: entries older than 6 months are deleted.
When you delete your account, everything goes. Not just your profile and list: also the messages you sent us through the Contact form, the sticker reports, and the log of the e-mails we sent you — text included. The only thing that stays are your blog posts and comments, so as not to leave holes in other people's conversations: but your name is replaced with "Deleted user".
Messages sent through the Contact form. If you do not have an account on the site, your message — e-mail address included — is deleted entirely after 6 months. This is not a partial anonymisation: the record goes, because clearing the address alone would not be enough (people sign their messages). The period exists so that we can reply to you and find the conversation again if you write back.
If you do have an account, messages stay for as long as you keep it: you can see them in your profile, and they disappear when you delete it.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct it, if wrong or incomplete
- Delete it (you can also do this yourself, see above)
- Receive it in a format transferable to another service
- Object to processing, in certain cases
To exercise these rights, write to postmaster@figurinesgorbions.it. You can also file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy).
Minors
Registering on the site requires confirming you are at least 16 years old.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page over time, for example if the services we use change. The date at the top of the page shows the last update.
